Spotlight Release Review | Ralphy- Wanted Sam J Garfield Remix
United States, LA

Ralphy has gone and changed it up! Don’t know who Ralphy is? Well, you should and now you will!
This amazing United States, LA artist got together with equally amazing producer Sam J Garfield and said “Let’s @&$# it up!”, and together they did just that.
They took a rocky track with a sprinkling of 90’s spices and flipped it on its head, providing to the world house- styled ‘Wanted’.
For those of you that are a fan of the Madonna peak era vocal styling, this one is for you. With the tuned vocals, from an almost seductive breathy voice, luring you in it won’t be long before you are hanging on to every utterance.
But then we move over to the production of the track and this is where we see just how important this collab really is. The sampling of vocals is outstanding and placed to perfection, couple this with the harmonies and rhythmic flow and you can really see both of these artists were true to their word and really did @&$# it up!
The loops form epic and continuous build-ups into an explosion of all those sounds we know and love from the greatest of house anthems. Forever grabbing hold of your soul and edging you closer to the limit of being able to contain your excitement before reaching its peak and never disappointing.
Some of the effects that have been put into this track really do toy with your emotions and make you question whether what you heard is truly there, be that the flowing raindrops or the clear footsteps of a high-heeled boot, no you’re not going crazy that is there, holding the intrigue of the listener in the palm of their hands.
This is a track to be played between the strobe lights and certainly one to be played at any and every motive. This is where true unique house music is formed, in the collaborations of people willing to risk it all and bend the genre of a track.
