Spotlight Release Review | ANNABELLA – Liar, Liar

Read Time:1 Minute, 16 Second

Austria, Vienna

Kicking off this week strong with an amazing Austria, Vienna duo AnnaBella. Everything this amazing pair deliver defies the laws of comfort by broaching topics of controversy and pushing them in the face of the masses.

Their latest release ‘Liar, Liar’, the third track from their latest EP release “4-Bitten Fruit”, maintains the same trajectory, discussing topics of honesty but in a slightly skewed manner compared to the norm. This track is a warning that if honesty isn’t your forte ensure you are good enough to not get caught or else be prepared for the consequences.

This message is delivered within every facet of the track’s makeup from the very first twinkling of pure classical electric guitar, into the crash, hi-hat heavy drum beat that shortly follows. It isn’t long before we are entirely drawn in by the mysterious, but authoritative vocals that take us on this wild ride of deception. This begins as a subtle delivery before the build-up with the commonly used palm muted strum into the full sound explosion where the story darkens and we are able to feel the anger and the attitude and more than anything that feeling of being powerful in your payback.

This is an amazing track, that really ignites that part of you ready to get up and fight and THIS is what we need in this current day.
