Frank Rabeyrolles is a talented singer-songwriter whose music is characterized by a unique blend of emotional depth, introspection, and catchy melodies. His songs often deal with themes of love, loss, and the struggles of everyday life, and his latest album showcases the breadth of his creative talent

Featuring tracks such as “Merry go Round” the powerful opening track that immediately sets the tone for the album Rabeyrolles’ emotional vocals start us out into the experience of their formation. This takes us through to “Raining Sand” where poignant lyrics are matched by Rabeyrolles’ tender vocals and sparse instrumentation, making for a hauntingly beautiful track that’s sure to tug at your heartstrings.

From this, we are taken through some ups and downs be that from the upbeat catchy nature of “Fear of Happiness” or the introspection of “I wish” a wistful track that deals with the regrets and missed opportunities of life of even the dreamy powerful climaxes of “Post of post” it is not long before listeners are entirely captivated.

“Surfing to nowhere” is a driving, energetic track that’s sure to get your blood pumping, and certainly one of our favourites. The song’s upbeat tempo and catchy chorus are matched by the existential themes of the lyrics.

The next three tracks “Even Space”, “Question of Time” and “Optical Illusion” take us on a rollercoaster of ballad feels funky vibes and intrinsic guitars. “Saddest” is a sombre, reflective track that deals with the pain of loss and the struggle to find meaning in the face of tragedy.

And that sees us out of this introduction to France, Montpellier artist Frank Rabeyrolles’ latest album, which is a powerful, emotionally resonant work that showcases the breadth of his creative talent. Each song on the album offers a unique perspective on the human experience, and Rabeyrolles’ skilful songwriting and emotive vocals make for a compelling and unforgettable listening experience.
