Spotlight Release Review | Aggressive Soccer Moms- That’s How I Feel

Read Time:1 Minute, 9 Second

Sweden, Stockholm

When considering where the Late 70s/ early 80s Punk vibes have gone; it would be worth getting on your devices and searching for Aggressive Soccer Moms. This amazing Stockholm, Sweden trio is truly doing the punk lords’ work in the Lo-Fi space.

Since forming in 2018 Anders Bergström, Thomas Wahlström and Stefan Wistrand have been delivering hit after hit with their latest release “That’s How I Feel” being the first single and insight we get from their upcoming seventh album “Quint” but what is it we can look forward to based on this latest offering?

Well, “That’s How I Feel” provides all the moody, annoying feel that comes along with the genre featuring those low-level beats, rhythmic but dreary guitar, personal lyrics and monotonous but angst-filled vocals, but with a very unique twist. This track brings along with it the freshness of saxophone, provided by the latest member Stefan, which very much adds a Jazzy feel to the track bringing about a whole new dimension to both the band and genre as a whole.

Honestly, this is a band that will be making waves in the coming year so it would be wise to follow them and get them on your playlists early!
